UP: 13 IPS officers shifted, N Ravinder posted as ADGP of ACB

The Uttar Pradesh government on Sunday night (01.12.2024) issued transfer and posting orders for 13 IPS officers, including ADG, IG, and DIG-level officers. All the officers have been instructed to report to their new postings with immediate effect.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Dr. N Ravinder (IPS:1996:UP), ADGP & DG, KGSO, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, ACB, Lucknow.
2. Dr. Sanjeev Gupta (IPS:1999:UP), ADGP & Secretary, Home, Lucknow, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, Establishment with additional charge of DG, KGSO.
3. Nachiketa Jha (IPS:2003:UP), IGP, Meerut Range, Meerut, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Home.
4. R K Bhardwaj (IPS:2005:UP), IGP, Basti Range, Basti, has been transferred and posted as IGP, Building Welfare, PHQ, Lucknow.
5. Akash Kulhari (IPS:2006:UP), Joint CP, Crime & Hqrs, Police Commissionerate, Lucknow, has been transferred and posted as IGP, Public Grievances, DGP office, Lucknow.
6. Amit Pathak (IPS:2007:UP), DIG, Public Grievances, DGP office, Lucknow, has been transferred and posted as DIG, Devipatan Range, Gonda.
7. Amrendra Prasad Singh (IPS-SPS:2008), DIG, Devipatan Range, Gonda, has been transferred and posted as DIG, Intelligence, Hqrs, Lucknow.
8. Dinesh Kumar P (IPS:2009:UP), Additional CP, Police Commissionerate of Ghaziabad, has been transferred and posted DIG, Basti Range, Basti.
9. Babul Kumar (IPS:2009:UP), Additional CP, Hqrs, Police Commissionerate of Gautam Budh Nagar, has been transferred and posted as Joint CP, Crime & Hqrs, Police Commissionerate of Lucknow.
10. Keshav Kumar Chaudhary (IPS:2009:UP), Additional CP, Police Commissionerate of Agra, has been transferred and posted as DIG, Jhansi Range, Jhansi.
11. Sanjeev Tyagi (IPS:2010:UP), DIG, Intelligence Hqrs, Lucknow, has been transferred and posted as Additional CP, Police Commissionerate of Agra.
12. Kalanidhi Naithani (IPS:2010:UP), DIG, Jhansi Range, Jhansi, has been transferred and posted as DIG, Meerut Range, Meerut.
13. Ajay Kumar (IPS:2011:UP), Commandant, 32th Battalion PAC, Lucknow, has been transferred and posted In charge Additional CP, Hqrs, Police Commissionerate of Gautam Budh Nagar.
