UP : 07 IPS officer shifted, K Satyanarayana is new IG Varanasi

The Uttar Pradesh government on Thursday (06.02.2022) issued transfer and posting orders of seven IPS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. S K Bhagat (IPS:1998:UP) : IGP, Chitrakoot Dham Zone, Banda.
2. K Satyanarayana (IPS:1998:UP) : IGP, Varanasi.
3. Ravi Shankar Chhavi (IPS:2007:UP) : DIG, Prison Administration and Reforms.
4. Swapnil Mamgain (IPS:2011:UP) : SP, Kanpur Dehat.
5. Sujata Singh (IPS:2012:UP) : SP, Women Power Line 1090 Lucknow.
6. Keshav Kumar (IPS:2017:UP) : SP, Bahraich.
7. Somendra Meena (IPS:2017:UP) : SP East, Agra Rural.
