The Haryana government on Monday (December 1, 2025) promoted two senior IPS officers of the 1999 batch — Sibash Kabiraj and Dr. Rajshree Singh — elevating them from the rank of Inspector General (IG) to Additional Director General of Police (ADGP).
Sibash Kabiraj is currently serving as the Commissioner of Police, Panchkula. He was appointed to the post in April this year. Prior to this, he served as Inspector General of Police (IGP), Ambala Range.
Dr. Rajshree Singh is presently the Commissioner of Police, Jhajjar. She too was appointed as CP Jhajjar in April after serving in key policing assignments in the state.
