Tripura: Two DMs among 5 IAS officers shifted

The Tripura government on Tuesday (04.02.2025) issued transfer and posting orders for 5 IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Debapriya Bardhan (IAS:2012:TR), District Magistrate & Collector of North Tripura District, Dharmanagar, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department.
2. Raval Hamendra Kumar (IAS:2011,TR), Special Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs and Education (School & Higher), has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Education (School and Higher) Department.
3. Chandni Chandran (IAS:2017:TR), DM & Collector of Khowai District, has been transferred and will now serve as DM & Collector of North Tripura District, Dharmanagar.
4. Rajat Pant (IAS:2021:TR), Director of Urban Development, Tripura, who was holding multiple additional charges, has now been transferred and posted as DM & Collector of Khowai District, Khowai.
5. Dr Shailesh Yadav (IAS:2013:TR), Municipal Commissioner of Agartala Municipal Corporation, will continue with his additional responsibilities, including Mission Director of Agartala Smart City Ltd. and CEO of Agartala Smart City Ltd. He will also take on additional charges of Director of Urban Development, Commissioner of TUDA, Mission Director of Swachha Bharat Mission (Grameen), CEO of Tripura Jal Board, and Additional Secretary in the Rural Development Department (MGNREGA & Panchayats).
