The Tripura government has relieved Brijesh Pandey (IAS:2004:TR) from his current position as Secretary to the State Government and placed his services at the disposal of the Government of India for his appointment as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), New Delhi. This central deputation role in the Ministry of DoNER is slated for a five-year term.
The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) issued official orders for Brijesh Pandey’s central deputation to the Ministry of DoNER on September 15, 2023, appointing him as Joint Secretary for a period of five years.
