Gomatham Sriniwas G Ayyangar (IAS:1987:TR) has been appointed as Chief Resident Commissioner (CRC), Tripura Bhawan, Delhi on Monday (24.05.2021). Ayyangar was prematurely repatriated from Central Deputation to avail promotion benefit in the cadre ahead of retirement in June. Prior to being repatriated to the cadre he was working as Senior Deputy Director General (Sr. DDG) (Admn.) (JS level), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) under the Department of Health Research.
