The Rajasthan government has appointed three new members to the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). Former IPS officer Hemant Priyadarshi (IPS:1992:RJ), cancer specialist Dr. Ashok Kumar Kalwar, and academician Dr. Sushil Kumar Bissu have been inducted.
With this, seven out of ten member posts at RPSC are now filled. This marks the second round of appointments under the present government, following the appointment of former DGP U.R. Sahu as Chairman.
- Hemant Priyadarshi, who retired in May 2025, has served in senior roles including DG, SCRB & Cyber Crime, ADG, ACB, and central deputation in ITBP and CRPF.
- Dr. Ashok Kalwar, a noted cancer specialist from Jodhpur, has worked in top hospitals nationwide and published over 100 research papers in leading journals.
- Dr. Sushil Kumar Bissu, from Ajmer, holds a PhD in Mathematics, has 33 years of teaching experience, and authored 35 research papers.
