Three IPS officers get Apex Pay Scale

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs to grant Apex pay scale (Level-17 in the pay matrix) to three IPS officers.

They are;

1. Safi Ahsan Rizvi (IAS:1989:UK), currently serving as Advisor, NDMA
2. Rahul Rashgotra (IPS:1989:MH), currently serving as DG, ITBP
3. Vivek Srivastava (IPS:1989:GJ), Currently serving as DG, FS, CD & HC
