Three Director/Deputy Secretary level appointments in CVC and Department of Pharmaceuticals

The Narendra Modi government on Wednesday (29.09.2021) recommended central deputation tenure for three officers from different services as Director/ Deputy Secretary in Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) and Department of Pharmaceuticals under the Central Staffing Scheme.

They are:

1. Sharad Kumar Sharma (IDES:1994) has been appointed as Director, Central Vigilance Commission for a period of five years.
2. Shailendra Kumar (IRS-IT:2008) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission for a period of four years.
3. Abhishek Kumar Singh (IFoS:2009:CG) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals for a period of four years.
