The Telangana government on Monday (20.12.2021) promoted three senior IPS officers of 1990 batch to the rank of Director General of Police (DGP). The promoted officers have been retained in the their current postings.
They are ;
- Ravi Gupta
- Govind Singh
- Anjani Kumar
The promoted official Principal Secretary, Home Department Ravi Gupta, has been retained in the same position ; Govind Singh will continue as DGP, Crime Investigation Department (CID). Anjani Kumar will continue as Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad.
