The Telangana government on Friday (18.02.2022) placed Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Director-General Anjani Kumar (IPS:1990:TG) in full additional charge as Director General of Police (DGP) since DGP M Mahendar Reddy (IPS:1986:TG) will be on medical leave from February 18 to March 3.

On return from leave, Mr. Reddy will be reposted as DGP (HoPF). According to reports, Mr. Reddy suffered injuries to his left hand after accidentally falling at his official residence on Thursday evening.
