Telangana : 27 IAS officers get promotions

The 1988 batch IAS officers – Adhar Sinha and Shalini Mishra were promoted.

Sinha , Principal Secretary to Government (Poll), GAD, is retained in the same post, duly re-designating the post as Special Chief Secretary to Government (Poll), GAD.

Mishra, Principal Secretary to Government (GPM&AR), GAD is retained in the same post, duly re-designating the post as Special Chief Secretary to Government (GPM&AR), GAD.

The 1987 and 1988 batch IAS officers Rajiv Ranjan Mishra, Vasudha Mishra and I. Ranu Kumudini, who were on Central deputation, were promoted.

The 1994 batch IAS officer – Sabyasachi Ghosh is promoted and posted as Principal Secretary to Government (Youth Services). Somesh Kumar, Principal Secretary to Government (CT and Excise) was promoted and retained in the same post duly re-designating the post as Special Chief Secretary to Government (CT and Excise).

The 2003 batch IAS officers Yogita Rana, Lokesh Kumar, T. Vijaya Kumar and P. Satyanarayana Reddy got promotions. Yogita Rana, Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, is retained in the same post by re-designating the post as Commissioner, Public Health and Family Welfare.

Lokesh Kumar, Ranga Reddy district Collector is retained in the same post while Vijaya Kumar, Director, School Education, is retained in the same post by re-designating the post as Commissioner, School Education.

Reddy, Member Secretary, Pollution Control Board, is retained in the same post.

Mahbubnagar Collector D. Ronald Rose, who got promotion, was retained in the same post. The 2005 and 2006 batch IAS officers – M. Champalal, B. Bharathi, B. Vijiendra, K.Y. Naik and K. Surendra Mohan also got promotions.

The government gave promotions to the 2015 batch IAS officers Anurag Jayanti, Gowtham Potru, Pamela Satpathy and Rahul Raj and 2010 batch IAS officers – D. Divya, Bharati Hollikeri, Hari Chandana Dasari and Preeti Mena.

GHMC Additional Commissioner Amrapalli Kata, who got promotion, has been retained in the same post and deputed to work as Joint Chief Electoral Officer, Telangana.
