Telangana: 13 IAS and 8 IFS officers transferred in major reshuffle

The Telangana government on Monday (11.11.2024) effected major bureaucratic reshuffle by issuing transfer and posting orders for 13 IAS and 8 IFS officers.

The names of the IAS officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Smita Sabharwal (IAS:2001:TG), Member Secretary, Telangana State Finance Commission, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, YAT & C Department with FAC of the posts of Member Secretary, Telangana State Finance Commission and Director, Archaeology.
2. E Sridhar (IAS:2004:TG), Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, BC Welfare Department with FAC of the post of Commissioner, Endowments.
3. Anita Ramachandran (IAS:2004:TG), Commissioner, PR & RD, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, WCD and SC Department.
4. Ilambarithi K (IAS:2004:TG), Commissioner, Transport, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, GHMC.
5. K Surendra Mohan (IAS:2006:TG), Secretary (Mines & Geology), I&C Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Transport.
6. Chevvuru Hari Kiran (IAS:2012:TG), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Director, Prohibition & Excise.
7. D Krishna Bhaskar (IAS:2012:TG), Special Secretary to CM with FAC of the post of Special Secretary, Finance & Planning Department, has been transferred and posted as CMD, TRANSCO with FAC of the post of Special Secretary to CM.
8. Siva Sankar Lotheri (IAS:2013:TG), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as CEO, Arogyasri Health Care Trust.
9. Srijana G (IAS:2013:TG), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Director, PR & RD.
10. Chittem Lakshmi (IAS:2013:TG), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Director, AYUSH.
11. Krishna Aditya S (IAS:2014:TG), Director, Labour, has been transferred and posted as Director, Intermediate Education & Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education with FAC of the post of VC & MD, Telangana Education & Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation (TGWEIDC).
12. Sanjay Kumar (IAS:1995:TG), Principal Secretary, LET & F Department has been given FAC of the post of Commissioner, Labour.
13. Dr. Gaurav Uppal (IAS:2005:TG), Resident Commissioner, Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi, has been given FAC of the post of Secretary (Coordination), General Administration Department.

The names of the IFS officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Priyanka Varghese (IFS:2003:TG), Chief Conservator of Forests (IT & WP), O/o Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), Telangana, has been transferred and posted as Chief Conservator of Forests, Charminar Circle.
2. Sivala Ram Babu (IFS:2011:TG), Deputy Conservator of Forests/ Conservator of Forests, STC Circle, Hyderabad, has been transferred and posted as District Forest Officer against the post of Conservator of Forests, Jogulamba Circle, Mahabubnagar with FAC of the post of Field Director, Amabarabad Tiger Reserve.
3. Dr. Sunil S Hiremath (IFS:2011:TG), Curator, Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad, has been transferred and posted as Director, Zoo Parks, Hyderabad.
4. P Sreenivasa Rao (IFS:2013:TG), Joint Director/ Deputy Conservator of Forests, FCRI, Mulugu, has been transferred and posted as District Forest Officer, Siddipet.
5. SV Pradeep Kumar Setty (IFS:2015:TG), Director, Urban Forestry, HMDA, Hyderabad, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Conservator of Forests, STC Circle, Hyderabad.
6. K Srinivas (IFS:2016:TG), District Forest Officer, Siddipet, has been transferred and posted as Director, Urban Forestry, HMDA, Hyderabad.
7. J Vasantha (IFS:2016:TG), District Forest Officer, Jayashankar Bhupalapalli District, Bhupalapalli, has been transferred and posted as Curator, Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad.
8. Mandadi Naveen Reddy (IFS:2019:TG), District Forest Officer, Jogulamba Gadwal & Wanaparthy, has been transferred and posted as District Forest Officer, Jayashankar Bhupalapalli District, Bhupalapalli.
