Tamil Nadu : Four IPS officers get new charges

The Tamil Nadu government on Thursday (24.02.2022) issued transfer and posting orders of four IPS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. B Vijayakumari (IPS:2004:TN), IGP, Enforcement, Chennai, has been transferred and posted as the Additional Commissioner, Headquarters and Traffic in Avadi Commissionerate.
2. N Kamini (IPS:2004:TN), IGP, Crime, Chennai, has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Headquarters and Traffic in Tambaram Commissionerate.
3. S Jeyakumar, SP, Thoothukudi, has been transferred to the CB-CID, Chennai, and posted in the Special Investigation Division.
4. L Balaji Saravanan, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Headquarters, Greater Chennai Police, Chennai has been transferred and posted as SP, Thoothukudi District.
