They are;

1. TN Venkatesh, Commissioner, Backward Classes Welfare
2. P Umanath, Secretary – I to Chief Minister, Secretariat
3. Rajendra Ratnoo, Executive Director, National Institute of Disaster Management, New Delhi (Proforma Promotion)
4. R Lalvena, Commissioner, Food Safety and Drug Administration
5. R Kirlosh Kumar, Secretary to Governor, Raj Bhavan, Chennai
