The Tamil Nadu government on Monday promoted five senior IAS officers from the 1990 batch to the Chief Secretary grade.
The officers are:
- Vibhu Nayar
- K. Phanindra Reddy
- M. Saikumar
- P. Sivasankaran
- T.S. Jawahar
