Surabhi Malik appointed Director in Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs

IAS officer Surabhi Malik (IAS:2012:PB) has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA) for five years.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (April 2, 2026), the competent authority has approved her appointment to the post under the central staffing scheme for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

She is currently serving in the cadre as Director, Industries & Commerce with additional charge of Managing Director, Punjab Small Industries Export Corporation.
