Sunish S (IDAS:2010), currently serving as Internal Financial Advisor (IFA) in the President’s Secretariat, has been appointed as Director in the Department of Revenue.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the recommendation of the Civil Services Board (CSB) to appoint him to the post for a tenure up to January 10, 2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Notably, Sunish S came on central deputation in January 2021, when he joined as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs for a period of four years. Later, he joined the President’s Secretariat as Internal Financial Advisor (IFA) on January 1, 2023. With the latest order, he has now been appointed as Director in the Department of Revenue till January 10, 2028.
