Sumita Sarkar (IRAS:1986) has Joined as Principal Financial Adviser, Eastern Railway (ER). Prior to this appointment, Sarkar was posted as Joint Secretary & Financial Adviser in the Department of Scientific & Industrial Reaserch and Council of Scientific & Industrial Research, under the Ministry of Science & Technology, at New Delhi.
