Sumeet Jerath (IAS:1985:AM) has been appointed to the post of Secretary, Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs upon superannuation of Ms. Anuradha Mitra (IP&TA&FS:1982) on 31.03.2020. Presently, he is serving as Special Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat (SR).
