Sukant Vasta appointed OSD to Union Minister Anurag Thakur

Sukrant Vasta (IRS-IT:2013) has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Anurag Thakur, Minister for Information and Broadcasting. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (24.07.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Mr. Vasta to the post with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post on co-terminus basis with the Minister or till he ceases to function as OSD to the Minister or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
