Senior IAS officer Sudhansh Pant (IAS:1991:RJ), Secretary in the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, has been assigned additional charge as Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan).
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (January 9, 2025), the competent authority has approved the entrustment of the additional charge to Pant from January 12, 2026 to January 20, 2026, during the leave period of V Vidyavathi (IAS:1991:KN).
