Somnath Ghosh appointed as OSD, Department of Defence

Somnath Ghosh (IFS:1997) has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) (JS level), Department of Defence for a period of three years vice Shambhu S. Kumaran (IFS:1995) consequent on his appointment for an abassadorial assignment.
