Somnath Ghosh appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Defence

Somnath Ghosh (IFS:1997) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Defence for an overall period of 3 years upto 11.09.2022 or until further orders. Presently, he is serving as OSD in the same department.
