The Uttar Pradesh government, on Friday, transferred as many as six IPS officers in the state.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
1. Anand Kumar (IPS:1988:UP) : Director General/ IG Prison Administration and Reforms Services,
2. P V Ramasastry (IPS:1989:UP) : ADG, Law and Order.
3. Braj Bhushan (IPS:1991:UP) : ADG, Varanasi zone.
4. Deepesh Juneja (IPS:1992:UP) : ADG, Security.
5. Vijay Kumar : ADG, UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board.
6. Chandra Prakash (IPS:1989:UP) : ADG, Rules and Manuals.
