As many as six officers including Pawan Kumar have been promoted to the grade of Chief Engineer (Civil) in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH). According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the empanelment of officers for promotion for the panel years of 2020 and 2021.
