Shruti Agnihotriy (IRAS:1998) has been granted a two-year extension in her tenure as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Engineers India Limited (EIL), Delhi.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (June 9, 2026), the competent authority approved the proposal to extend her tenure for a further period of two years beyond July 30, 2026, i.e. up to July 30, 2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Notably, Agnihotriy was appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer of Engineers India Limited in July 2023 for a tenure of three years, which was scheduled to conclude on July 30, 2026.
With the latest order, she will continue in the vigilance role at the public sector engineering consultancy company for another two years.
