A group of officers, including Shirish Kumar Mishra, is poised for advancement to the rank of Additional Director General (HAG) within the Military Engineering Services (MES). The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) issued an order, dated Wednesday (21.02.2024), revealing that the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has given its nod for the empanelmentof these officers.
As per the approval, these officers are now empanelled in level-15 of the pay matrix for the panel year 2024. This empanelment is effective from the date they assume charge of their respective posts and remains valid until further orders are issued.
