Shefali Swaroop (IRS-IT:1993), CVO, Department of Telecommunication (DoT), Delhi, has been entrusted with the additional responsibility of CVO of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Delhi and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. (MTNL), Delhi. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (16.02.2023), the competent authority has approved the assignment of the additional charge of the posts to Ms. Swaroop for a period of six months from the date of assumption of charge or till the appointment of a regular CVO or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
