Shambhu S. Kumaran concurrently accredited as Ambassador of India to Micronesia

Shambhu S. Kumaran (IFS:1995) has been concurrently accredited as the next Ambassador of India to the Federated States of Micronesia, with residence in Manila. Presently, he is serving as Ambassador of India to the Republic of Philippines.
