The tenure of Ms. Shah Devanshi Viren (a private person) as Officer on Special Duty to Ms. Smriti Zubin Irani, Minister for Women & Child Development, has been curtailed. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (11.04.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal for curtailment of tenure of Ms. Viren as OSD with effect from January 31, 2023.
