Sanjay Lohiya (IAS:1994:AM), on Monday, relived by the Assam government and placed at the disposal of Department of Personnel and Training, New Delhi for appointment as Joint Secretary to the Govt. of India, Ministry of Mines. He was posted as Principal Secretary to the Chief Secretary of Assam.
