Ravi Capoor (IAS:1986:AM), on Monady, relieved by the Assam government and placed at the disposal of Department of Personnel and Trainning, New Delhi for appointment as Secretary to the Govt. of India, Ministry of Textiles. He was posted as ACS, Industries & Commerce, Act East Policy Affairs, Public Enterprises and Environment & Forest Department, Assam.
