Senior IAS officer R Ramakrishnan returns to parent cadre

R Ramakrishnan (IAS:1998:NL), Senior Deputy Director General (Sr. DDG) (Admn.) (JS level), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), has been repatriated to his parent cadre. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (23.02.2023), the competent authority has approved the proposal of the Department of Health Research to repatriate Mr. Ramakrishnan to his parent cadre on grounds of availing promotion in the cadre.
