Neerja Sekhar (IAS:1993:HY), on Wednesday, relieved by the Haryana government and placed at the disposal of Government of India on her appointment as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. She was serving as Principal Secretary to Govt. Haryana, Animal Husbandry & Dairying and Fisheries Departments.
