Senior IAS G V Venugopala Sarma returns to parent cadre

G V Venugopala Sarma (IAS:1986:OR), Chairman, National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC), has been repatriated to his parent cadre on the request of State Government of Odisha.
