The Supreme Court Collegium has reiterated its recommendation to elevate Advocate Aniruddha Roy as Judge of the Calcutta High Court. Earlier, the Collegium had recommended his name vide resolution date October 24, 2018. However, the Centre did not move forward with that recommendation.
