SC Collegium reiterates name of 9 Advocates as Judges of 4 High Courts

The Supreme Court collegium on Friday (03.09.2021) overruled the objections of the Union government and reiterated its earlier recommendations for elevation of the Advocates as Judges in following High Courts.

Rajasthan High Court :

1. Farzand Ali

Calcutta High Court :

1. Jaytosh Manjumdar
2. Amitesh Banerjee
3. Raja Basu Chowdhury
4. Lapita Banerji

Jammu & Kashmir High Court :

1. Rahul Bharti
2. Moksha Kazmi (Khajuria)

Karnataka High Court :

1. Nagendra R Naik
2. Aditya Sondhi
