SC Collegium recommends elevation of two Advocates & one Judicial Officer as Judges of Himachal Pradesh HC

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the elevation of two Advocates and one Judicial Officer as Judges of the Himachal Pradesh High Court. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Collegium held on July 12, 2023.

The names of the two Advocates are :

1. Ranjan Sharma
2. Bipin Chandra Negi

The name of the Judicial Officer :

1. Rakesh Kainthla
