SC Collegium recommends elevation of an Advocate & a Judicial officer as Judges of Chhattisgarh HC

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the elevation of an Advocate and a Judicial Officer as Judges of the Chhattisgarh High Court. A resolution to this effect was passed on Monday pursuant to a Collegium meeting held on July 14, 2022.

They are ;

1. Rakesh Mohan Pandey @ Rakesh Pandey (Advocate)
2. Radhakishan Agrawal (Judicial Officer)
