Saurabh Kumar Tiwari (IP&TA&FS:1993) has been retained as Joint Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat to look after the work of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Mission against the vacant post of Additional Secretary, Project Monitoring Group (PMG) by temporarily downgrading the post.
