Saurabh Kumar appointed PS to Ravi Shankar Prasad

Saurabh Kumar (IRS-C&CE:2009) has been appointed as Private Secretary to Ravi Shankar Prasad, the Minister for Electronics and Information Technology, Law and Justice and Communication in the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology at the level of Deputy Secretary.
