Sarbeswar Majhi appointed as Deputy Secretary Animal Husbandry

Sarbeswar Majhi (ISS:2009) has been appointed to the post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries for a period of four years.
