The Modi government on Tuesday appointed Sanjeev Kumar as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd (TCIL) for a period of five years. Presently, he is serving as Director (Technical), Mahanagar Telephone Nagar Limited (MTNL).
