Sanjeev Chopra gets addl. charge of Secretary, D/o Consumer Affairs

Sanjeev Chopra (IAS:1990:OR), Secretary of Department of Food & Public Distribution, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (24.12.2024), the competent authority has approved assignment of additional charge of the post to Mr Chopra from 26.12.2024 to 04.01.2025 during the period of absence on leave of Ms. Nidhi Khare (IAS:1992:JH).
