Sanjay Shukla, MD & CEO, Centrum Housing Finance Limited, has been appointed to the post of Managing Director (MD) in National Housing Bank (NHB). According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (22.07.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Department of Financial Services to appoint Sanjay Shukla to the post for a period three years from the date of his assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The Financial Services Institutions Bureau (FSIB) interviewed 16 candidates for the position in April 2024 and recommended Sanjay Shukla’s name to Appointments Committee of the Cabinet for approval.
