The central deputation tenure of Sanjay Prasad (IRS-IT:1990) as Additional Secretary in the Department of Expenditure has been extended for a period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (20.02.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved to extend the deputation tenure of Mr Prasad for one year beyond 25.03.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
