Sanjay Kumar appointed principal secretary, health, in Bihar

Sanjay Kumar (IAS:1990:BH) has been appointed as Pricipal secretary department of Health goverment of Bihar.He is recently returned from inter cadre deputation,Principal Secretary to the jharkhand CM Raghubar Das for three yesrs.
