Sanjay Khanna, currently serving as Director (Refineries) at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), has been entrusted with the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the company.
BPCL made the announcement on Thursday (01.05.2025), a day after the tenure of outgoing CMD G. Krishnakumar ended on April 30.
Khanna, a seasoned executive in the oil and gas sector, has earlier served as the head of BPCL’s Kochi and Mumbai refineries, bringing with him extensive operational and leadership experience across BPCL’s key refining assets.
