Sanap Bajirao Ramnath re-designated as Director in Ministry of Defence

Sanap Bajirao Ramnath (IP&TAFS:2011), currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, has been re-designated as Director. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (01.01 2025), the competent authority has approved the proposal to re-designate Ramnath’s post to Director level with effect from January 1, 2025, or the date he assumes charge of the re-designated post and for a period upto September 22, 2026 i.e. total tenure of five years under the central staffing scheme.

It is noteworthy that Sanap Bajirao Ramnath began his central deputation tenure on September 23, 2021.
